Crispy Vada
Channa dal. 1/2 glass
( soak it for 3-4 hours)
Poha. 1 glass
ginger 1 inch piece
green chillies 5-6
coriander 1 cup
mint leaves 1/2 cup
Method:
Grind the soaked channa dal coarsely
Add the poha after wash 2 times and grind for a minute
now add ginger, green chillies
add salt , mint and coriander leaves
Take in a glass bowl and mix thoroughly.
Take oil in a deep fry pan and let it become hot.
Now make into small balls and spread evenly on your fingers and slowly drop into the oil. Fry until golden brown
serve crispy vada’s with mint or tomato chutney.
