Vegetable rice with fresh red chillies
1 glass rice
15-20. Fresh red chillies
Lemon size. Tamarind
1 inch. Ginger
1 cup. Carrots chopped
1 cup. Beans
1 cup. Green peas
1 cup. Cauliflower
2-3 big. Onions.
Method
Grind red chillies, tamarind and ginger in a mixer and make it into a paste.
Take oil in a pan, add the chilli paste and fry till, until it leaves the sides of the pan.
Take another pan ,add onions, and fry for few minutes
Add other vegetables and sauté for few minutes, add salt.
Now add two glass of water,allow it to boil ,add rice and cook until done.
This rice is can be cooked with medium spice as well as very spicy.
