Three  colour capsicum curry

Green capsicum.     2

Red capsicum 1

Yellow capsicum. 2

Potato big.    1

Onion. Optional

Tomatoes. 4,5

Fresh red chilli paste.  2 tsp

Fresh tamarind paste. 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Seasoning

1tbs.  Urad dal

1 tbs.  mustard seeds

1 tbs.  jeera

Curry leaves. Handful

Method :.

Take a pan, add oil, add all the seasoning, curry leaves, add the chopped potato pieces

Stir it for 5 minutes

Now add all the capsicum and tomatoes and allow it to cook for 10 minutes

Now add  salt, turmeric, fresh chilli paste, tamarind paste and cook for another 10 minutes

Check if it cooked and turn off the gas stove. Add chopped coriander and transfer it into a bowl.
