Bitter Gourd Curry

Bitter gourd curry

1/2 kg. Bitter gourd

Filling
5 tsp dhaniya Powder
2 tsp. Jeera Powder
2-3 tsp Red chilli powder
3 onions Grated( optional)

Ghee/ olive oil
Salt.
Ghee / olive oil is used for binding the masala powders.

Cut the bitter gourd length wise from boththe sides, but it should be separated in the middle.
Fill the filling from both the sides for even taste,
Take a pan and add enough oil and slowly drop the filled bitter gourd in the oil and cook on slow fire.
