Amla chutney
250 gms. Amla
3tbsp Red chilli powder
50 gms. Tamarind pulp
Hing
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Methi
Roast the 2 ingredients and powder them
Cook the tamarind pulp separately until the raw smell evaporates.
Take a pan, add oil
add the Amla cook for 5-10 minutes.
add salt,red chilli powder,
roasted mustard and methi powder tamarind pulp.
Now take oil in a small pan , add hing and add to the chutney.
This gives very good flavour to the chutney.
