
Tomato Raita
2 tbs oil or ghee
1/4 kg Tomatoes
1 tbs urad dal
1 tbs mustard
1/2 tbs jeera
5 red chillies
1 tbs jeera powder
Salt to taste
Curry leaves and coriander leaves
Take a pan add little oil and add the seasoning, now add the chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Add salt and turmeric and cook for another 5 minutes. Allow it to cool. Now add the thick curd and add some jeera powder for taste and sprinkle with coriander leaves
