Red Cow Beans Curry

1 cup cow beans
3 big onions
3 big tomatoes
3 tbs oil
1 tbs masala powder
1 tbs dhaniya powder
1tbs jeera powder
Tamarind paste
1 tbs mustard seeds
1/2 tbs cumin seeds
Salt to taste

Soak red cow beans overnight and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
Take a pan add jeera and mustard seeds, curry leaves, now add finely chopped onion and stir until soft brown and add cut tomatoes and cook until tender, now add cumin powder, dhaniya powder, masala powder, turmeric, salt and add the cooked cow beans. Add tamarind paste and cook. Now add finely chopped coriander.
