Rasam powder

1glass. Coriander seeds
1/2 glass. Tovar dal
1 tsp. Channa dal ( roast them in a pan)
1/4tbsp. Jeera
1/2 tbsp. pepper corn
Red chillies. Optional
Method
Dry roast all the other ingredients in hot sun

Method :-

Grind all the ingredients in a mixer
Store in an air tight container
