Wood apple chutney
1 cup. Fully ripened wood apple pulp
6-8. Green chillies
Pinch. Turmeric
Salt. To taste
Jaggery. Optional
Seasoning
1 tsp. Mustard seeds
Hing
Coriander
Method
Take a pan and add oil, add the seasoning, green chillies, turmeric, salt and finally add the wood apple pulp. Remove from the stove and sprinkle chopped coriander.
