Vakkaya Chutney

Vakkaya ( Indian berry or pickle berry)moong dal chutney
 
1 cup. moong dal ( soak for 3 hours)
1/4 cup Berry

 
Take a pan, add oil and add the chopped berries. Cook until they are tender.
 
 
8-10 red chillies
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. urad dal
Hing
Curry leaves

Wash and clean moong dal
Grind dal and cooked berry
Add, red chillies, salt, turmeric

Season with mustard seeds , curry leaves and hing .
