1 cup. Toovar dal
1/2 cup. Gongura leaves
5-6. Green chillies
Tamarind. Lemon size
Salt
Turmeric
Method
Cook the dal with onion separately,add gongura,green chillies,salt,turmeric and tamarind for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
Season with mustard seeds,jeera and hing.
1 /2 kg. Tomatoes
1/4 cup. Grated coconut
Handful. Coriander leaves
1 tbsp. urad dal
3-4. Green chillies
3-4. Red chillies
Roast and grind them
Take a pan , add tomatoes, cook them for5-10 mts until the raw smell goes.
Grind the to tomatoes,add the gratedcoconut, roasted powder and mix well.
Now take the chutney in a container top it with coriander leaves and season with mustard seeds ,urad dal,jeera and hing.
