Pudina and fresh coconut
1 bunch Pudina leaves
1/4cup. Grated coconut
Lemon size. Tamarind
Jaggery. Optional
10-12. Red chillies
1 tsp methi powder
1 tbsp. urad dal
Hing
Roast them with little oil and grind.
Take a pan with little oil
add clean and dry pudina leaves ,
add green chillies salt, turmeric tamarind and coconut .
Now grind smoothly along with the above ingredients in a mixer .
Take out the chutney in a bowl
season with mustard seeds ,curry leaves and hing .
